Returns Policy

At Forivita, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your product according to the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt. After registering your return, you then have another 3 days to actually send the product back to us.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be:

• Unused and undamaged

• Returned in its original packaging, if reasonably possible

• Complete, including all accessories and parts supplied

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge a depreciation fee.

Exceptions to the right of return

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken

• Personalized or custom-made products

Costs for return

The costs for returning an order are at your own expense.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the full purchase amount within

days via the original payment method.
